Withdraw with Refund 退出及退款

• Withdrawal and refund is only arranged if notice 7 working days (Mon-Fri) before match. 

• 如參賽者決定退出比賽，比赛退款必須於賽事當日前 7 個工作天通知 (星期一至五)。

• Payment will be refunded directly from UTR payment gateway. 

• 本將安排 UTR 付款系統退還款項

• Withdrawal and full refund will be arranged if match is decided to cancelled (by One Sports HK) (E.g. Bad weather) 

• 如 One Sports HK 决定取消賽事 (例: 惡劣天氣)，本機構將安排全數退款

No Refund 不設退款

• No refund otherwise 

• 其他原因一律不設退款

No Event Transfer 不設賽事轉換

• UTR system does not have any functions to move players to another dates or venues either, we ask players to check event dates and register carefully. 

• UTR 系统也不能將參賽者由一個項目轉送到其他日子或場地之比賽項目，我們懇請參賽者仔细檢查比賽日期才註冊比賽

• ONE Sports HK is not responsible for registrations by mistakes. 

• 本機構亦不會對任何註冊錯誤負責
